My weakness is chocolate… One of my favorite chocolate treats is brownies. We love brownies and could eat them every day.

They can tend to add some weight on though so I’ve altered a recipe I found online, to turn regular brownies into low fat brownies. This way, I don’t feel guilty about indulging in this sinfully delicious chocolate dessert as often as I do.
Low Fat Brownie Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8 inch square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside. In large bowl, with fork, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, and baking powder. Stir in butter, egg whites, and vanilla; mix well. Spoon batter into pan, spreading evenly. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Let cool. Makes 8 servings.
