Chicken Spaghetti Bake

Oh my gosh, have you ever seen a picture of a meal that looked so delicious you just had to cook it? Well when I was at my dear friend Mitzi’s site I saw her chicken spaghetti bake and I’ve not been able to get it off of my mind since. So I made it tonight. It will make you want to hide it from your hubby it’s THAT good.

You can go get the recipe from Mitzi at Country Charmed Life and when you see her pictures you will know why I couldn’t rest until I made this delicious dish.

I added 2 ingredients that she didn’t add and that was a diced tomato and a bell pepper. I did that because I’m trying to get Abby to back off of the meats more and lean towards “good for her veggies.” She would only eat meat if we let her which we don’t.

My snuck in veggies….. of course tomatoes are a fruit but try telling that to a 3 year old who KNOWS EVERYTHING! ;)

My Ingredients made 2 casserole dishes
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts steamed until tender
1 box of cooked spaghetti
1 small onion
1 tomato
1 bell pepper
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of milk (1/2 cup each casserole)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup each casserole) and some for top

Don’t forget to go grab the recipe so you will know how to prepare it!

Ohhh it’s so good! Thanks Mitzi!

    • AHHHHHHHHHH! I love wordpress, congrats on the move!!! We did enjoy the recipe and I’m taking the second casserole to a family dinner and movie night at Jodi and Andrews this weekend. They are going to LOVE it and I love that it will go with anything else that is served.

      • That is awesome…I think they will enjoy it! As for the GFC & Feed working…I’m not sure it is…but you know what? I’m not worrying about it anymore. I’ve announced on FB & Blogger…what else can I do…those who want will come…those who don’t won’t…I’m exhausted worrying about it.

        • OH & THANK YOU!!! MERCI` for coming! I believe you’d follow me just about anywhere… Did you know I did another one on WP too? I’m working on the site this morning…but there will be a link…

        • I’ve got something in mind for your GFC but will have to wait for the giveaway hop at the end of Nov. unless I do one before then.

        • Sounds good…Now I’m all curious as to what you have in mind! LOL

        • Have you fixed it yet?

  4. Now that looks awesome! I’m gonna go home and make Will cook it for me. *droolz*

Now that looks really good. I am going to have to show this to my Hubs and see if he would want me to try it for him.

I stopped over to Country Charmed Life. Your are so right her Spaghetti-Chicken bake looks awesome. I am planning to make it after grocery day! Thanks for pointing out her recipe. My family loves spaghetti! I seldom make it because I do not like traditional spaghetti with meat sauce.

    • I’ve been drooling over her recipe for days ha. My daughter will not eat the traditional spaghetti either and since she is always here for dinner I seldom make it.
