If you are wondering what I am doing at this very moment besides posting on my blog, I’ll be happy to tell you. I’m enjoying a moment of silence and a cup of Genmai Green Tea. I received a full size tin of Genmai Green Tea a few days ago and I’ve been indulging in it on a daily basis since.

There are many reasons why I drink Green Tea. One of the reasons is because it reduces stress. I love my grand-kids to death. However, if I’m having a bad back pain day it can be stressful to watch them especially when they are fussing over trivial things. I’m sure none of your kids or grand-kids do that :).
Another reason is it’s Anti-viral & Anti-bacterial properties. I don’t like to get sick as I’m sure you don’t either. Green Tea helps me fight off infections. One thing I didn’t know about Green Tea is that it can be used to gargle with to help with sore throats. How did I not know this?
