I was looking for some skin pampering products on Etsy one day and I came across Nicole Marie’s Chamomile & Lavender Shower Gel/Lotion Duet, handmade bath products. I could almost smell them through my computer screen while I was reading about the essential oils in the products. You may not be aware of the therapeutic benefits of chamomile & lavender so let me fill you in on a few pointers. Besides the wonderful moisturizing and calming effects, there is an anti-inflammatory and antiseptic advantage in these as well. Also included is aloe vera and sweet almond oil which are needed during these winter months at my house. I can’t stand dry itchy skin.
What I love about the shower gel besides the yummy smell is that it really provides a great lather and I only have to use a dime size amount at a time. The lotion is just what my dry winter skin needed. I put it on after my shower and I don’t have to use it again until my next shower. It’s nice and thick, not watery and runny. The scent is also as delightful in this as it is in the shower gel.

Luv that it has essential oils that are very beneficial to the body. Luv that u feel like u dont need to reapply before your next shower. Overall sounds like the perfect product for dry skin.
I always have dry skin during the winter! I would love to try the sweet almond oil! I didn’t know Chamomile and Lavender have anti-imflammatory and antiseptic effects! I love finding cool things on Etsy!
i have known about how amazing lavender is for many things but i did not realize chamomile was as beneficial, too.
It has to be great if it has aloe vera and sweet almond oil. Those are 2 of my favorite ingredients.

I love shower gels, it is all I use anymore. Safety tip for all ~ after using any kind of shower gl, make sure you rinse out the shower (it can get a little slippery).

Oh wow, this sounds so wonderful. My skin is so dry right now I feel like I could lather in lotion. Any product that moisturizes is a blessing!

Two if my favorites together. :) There is nothing like the scent of a nice relaxing hot cup of Chamomile tea and a blanket scented with lavender… those are my go to remedies for a stressful day…I can just imagine how lovely this duo smells…
My dry winter skin could certainly use some calming lotion. Plus I love the scent of lavender.
I wasnt’aweare of the anti-inflamatory benefit from these prosucts. I have bad arthritis and am unable to take any anti-infalmatory medication by mouth so I would love to try the lavender and chamomile lotion.

I always knew that chamomile was good for healthy skin and also had healing abilities. when i grew up my grandma always had chamomile tea and lotion on hand.

Oh! I didn’t know that lavender and chamomile also had antiseptic abilities. That would be awesome for my hands/arms! One of my cats is quite feisty and is always scratching my hands, so that would be very useful. :)
