I have never taken Probiotics before. I’ve been taking the Ultimate Flora Women’s Care Probiotics almost daily (I forgot a day here and there) since they arrived. The capsule is really easy to swallow and is a time release capsule. For those of you who are familiar with Probiotics, you may be aware that stomach acid can destroy Probiotics. That’s why you need a delayed release. The capsule does not have a taste and thankfully there is no aftertaste from it either. The main thing I want to point out to you is that I’ve not had the first urinary tract infection since I started the Probiotics. I haven’t been on them a full month yet and I can’t say for sure that it is the result of the Probiotics because I do go months in between before I have an infection. I’m hopeful that the Probiotics are working and are balancing, promoting and supporting my issues.
