I am now the proud owner of a living locket. When I think of lockets I generally think of loved ones that have passed on and using a locket as a place to store their photo or perhaps a lock of hair or maybe even their signature taken from something such as a note written to you. These are all a wonderful way to remember your loved ones. Unlike these types of lockets, a Living Locket is for trinkets that mean something to us individually that can be worn on beautiful lockets and chains. The charms are a way of expressing those things that mean something that mean a great deal to us in our lives.
Origami Owl is custom jewelry you create by choosing a living locket and filling it with charms to tell your story. Each charm I selected tells a story about me. Each charm is special to me and signifies a huge part of my life. I selected a beautiful medium silver ball station chain to begin my creation. The living locket is a clear silver locket that opens on one side and has a hinge on the other; mine is a medium. I selected four charms for my locket; a camera, a heart with grandma inscription on it, a R initial and a birthstone girl. I’ve since decided to add two more charms to mine and I will try to remember to add a photos of these when I order and receive them.
Origami Owl is not just about lockets. They have something to suit everyone even limited edition items such as their Changed tags (I’m a Rascal Flatts fan). I want you to see everything this company has to offer so please take a minute and visit Origami Owl and come back to leave a relevant comment (on this post) letting me know something you like from the site and why.
