Have you been carded? Hallmark Get Carded Challenge #Giveaway

Terri's Little Haven, Product Reviews Blog

I’ve taken the Hallmark Get Carded challenge. For 7 days I’m suppose to sent a card to 7 different recipients. It’s been a lot of fun so far so I wanted to get you involved and give you a chance to take the challenge as well. If you are a blogger and want to take the challenge too, just click on the above link to sign up to see if you qualify.

I love receiving mail, especially cards for no specific reason. It makes my day and that’s what I’ve been doing for others. Hallmark has cards for every occasion. You can purchase blank cards just to say hi. You can purchase cards with sayings to suit any occasion or just to reconnect with friends or loved ones. They have glittery cards. Bold and beautiful cards. They have inspirational cards and get well cards. You don’t have to wait until a holiday or Birthday to send a Hallmark card. Any day can be a Hallmark day.

The first card I mailed off was to Ida Ruth who has a Birthday coming up. Ida Ruth loves getting cards as much as I do. Although she is my age, she is a special lady who is developmentally challenged and does not use the phone. I’ve not been able to see how much she loves her card yet, but I’m sure I’ll hear all about it this weekend from my mom who is going to go sit with her for a week so her caretaker can take a little vacation.

The next three cards I sent were to Tyler, Alyssa and Abigail. You would have thought that I’d have given them the world. Who knew a Hallmark card would have that kind of affect on people?! Sometimes I get so wrapped up with technology I forget something as simple as filling out a card. The kids loved getting cards in the mail and I’ve decided I’m going to keep sending little cards for no particular reason other than wanting to make them smile. They love the musical cards the best so I’m going to stock up on them with the below discount code.

I’ve got some more cards that I am going to send out consecutively and I’m not saying who will receive them in case they are reading this which is very likely lol. It will just have to be a surprise.

As I mentioned above, if you are a blogger you can sign up to take the Hallmark Get Carded Challenge. If you are not a blogger but want a chance to take the challenge, you can enter for a chance to win 10 Hallmark cards to make someone you know smile. If you would like to bypass the giveaway and make a Hallmark purchase, be sure to use the following code for 30% savings. BLOG30 US 18+ to enter please and thanks.

I love to go into the card stores spend an hour laughing at the cards. I buy everyone that makes me laugh. I go with a limit of 30 dollars. I then take the cards and send to the senior home by me. They don’t know me but that’s ok! I sign them all and write a message. The nurses tell me the seniors LOVE them and makes lots of smiles! Totally worth it!!

  3. Jane Ritz says:

My favorite Hallmark moments have come from my Aunt Margie. She knows when I need a hug or an uplifting though. A card arrives always at the right time to warm my heart. I would like to send a Hallmark card to my cousin. All her children moved out-marriages etc. Well, they all moved back along with 3 dogs and 2 grandchildren. They’re out again as of this weekend. I’d like to find an “empty Nest Again” card for her. This girl is ready to celebrate!!

  4. Tina Bartunek says:

My favorite Hallmark moment was when my grandmother sent me a beautiful Hallmark card for my birthday. I was 19 years old and and had moved away from home to live in another state. It made me miss home so much. I still have the birthday card even after all these years.

  5. Erica Williams says:

The best hallmark moment I’ve ever had was probably after my best friend moved to australia. Snail mail is something that isn’t done enough anymore. I miss it!! So my best friend sent me a card “just because” to catch me up on life details and living in australia. There’s nothing like getting sweet notes in the mail, especially when they are unexpected! I would love to win the pack to do the same to others!!

  6. Sandra McFadden says:

My favorite Hallmark moment was when I was about 11 years old. I had visited my Uncle and Aunt for the summer in Kansas. My Mom’s birthday was in July while I was at my Aunt and Uncles. I was a stubborn child growing up. So that year for her birthday I got her a card that showed an angel that said” Happy Birthday Mom from you Lil’ Angel and on the front was a picture of an angel and when you opened it there was a Lil’ Devil picture………..my Mom still has that card to this day and we chuckle every time we come across it. That was a great moment for the both of us!
